Who you are: - A committed professional with a completed Individual Caregiver (level 3) or Nurse (level 4) education; - Someone who sees what residents truly need and responds to this with heart and expertise; - A colleague who enjoys collaborating, thinking proactively, and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere; - Independent, responsible, and warm in your approach. The same applies on a full-time basis. This corresponds to scale 35 VVT for the Caregiver without Primary Responsible (EVV) duties - which will be applicable at the start - up to scale 40 with EEV duties. That is the ultimate goal to achieve. This is excluding travel expenses, 8% holiday allowance, and an 8.33% end-of-year bonus. Why would we like to meet you? Because you make a difference.
