Responsibilities: Collaborate with the head chef in leading the kitchen staff Maintain quality assurance standards Manage inventory and order produce and supplies following established protocols Implement cost control measures Ensure compliance with HACCP and IK-mat guidelines Conduct regular stocktaking activities Develop the kitchen staff and enhance operational routines Work continuously to achieve the company's goals Qualifications: Skilled chef; relevant experience can compensate for formal education Previous experience in the grill/BBQ segment is advantageous Proficiency in Scandinavian or English language for effective communication Personal Characteristics: Strong customer service orientation Pragmatic and efficient in problem-solving Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and able to take initiative Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a team player Openness to learning and personal development What We Offer: A positive and healthy work environment An engaging and dynamic workday Opportunities for self-development Competitive salary For any inquiries about the position, please contact General Manger, Siri Myrvang at siri@graffigrill.no or call 926 03 888‬‬.
