Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy. Crewit Resourcing Limited, based in Citywest, Co. Dublin, is currently seeking Electricians for immediate start at their facility in Citywest, Co. Dublin. Key Responsibilities & Duties • Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment • Read and work from drawings, schematics, and specifications • Carry out first and second fix work • Fault-find and repair electrical issues • Follow all site health and safety procedures • Work with other trades and site management to meet project deadlines • Install cable containment, including tray, trunking, ladder, and conduit • Pull, terminate, and label cables to specification • Install and connect distribution boards, lighting, power, and small power systems • Carry out testing and inspection, and complete test certificates and records • Report progress, issues, and material requirements to the site supervisor • Ensure all work complies with I.S. 10101 (National Rules for Electrical Installations) • Attend toolbox talks and complete site inductions and RAMS briefings Requirements: Skills & Experience • Qualified Electrician/apprenticeship (foreign equivalent acceptable) • Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience • Proven experience installing cable containment systems, including cable tray, basket, ladder, trunking, and steel and PVC conduit (bending, threading, and fixing) • Competent in installing and terminating SWA, XLPE, LSZH, FP200, and data cabling, including glanding and termination of armoured cables • Experience installing, dressing, and connecting single-phase and three-phase distribution boards and sub-mains • Ability to install and wire lighting circuits, emergency lighting, power, and small power systems • Competent in initial verification and periodic testing, including continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, earth fault loop impedance, and RCD testing • Experience using multifunction testers (e.g. Megger, Fluke, Kewtech) and completing Safe Electric / RECI certification paperwork • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and cable schedules • Understanding of earthing and bonding requirements under I.S. 10101 • Experience working on live commercial or industrial sites under permit-to-work systems Annual Remuneration: €54,877.68; Pay Rate €27.06 per hour Work Location: Crewit Resourcing Limited, Unit 1G, 3015 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Co.
