This is not an office job. It’s physical work in a fast-paced environment where focus, discipline, and cooperation are important. Some days are intense, but they are also rewarding for people who enjoy staying active and being part of a strong team. Who are we looking for?We are searching for people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to work. Experience from food production, industrial work, fish farming, slaughtering, or seafood processing is highly valued. Experience with fish filleting is a big advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. You should: Have good physical condition and a strong work ethic Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Stay focused and maintain quality throughout the workday Work well independently and together with others Understand the importance of hygiene and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Speak and understand English and/or Norwegian well We believe you are someone who:Shows up on time and takes responsibility Works accurately and pays attention to detail Is flexible with working hours and tasks Has a positive attitude and contributes to the team Understands that reliability matters What do we offer?We offer more than just a workplace.
