Vimpro etsii asiakkaalleen kahta kokenutta koneistajaa Pöytyälle! Oletko kokenut CNC-koneistaja, jolle suuret kappaleet ja vaativampi koneistus ovat tuttua työtä? Tässä tehtävässä pääset työskentelemään monipuolisessa konepajaympäristössä modernin konekannan parissa. Etsimme kahta karusellisorvauksen osaajaa, joilla on kokemusta Siemens 840 -ohjauksesta. Osaamisesi mukaan työhön voi kuulua myös jyrsintää Heidenhain-ohjatuilla koneilla. Mitä työ pitää sisällään? - suurten kappaleiden karusellisorvausta - CNC-koneiden asetuksia ja työkalujen vaihtoja - kappaleiden mittausta ja laadunvalvontaa - tarvittaessa jyrsintää Heidenhain-ohjauksella - piirustusten mukaista koneistusta - osallistumista tuotannon ja työmenetelmien kehittämiseen Mitä odotamme sinulta? - aikaisempaa kokemusta CNC-koneistuksesta - Siemens 840 -ohjauksen tuntemusta - hyvää piirustusten lukutaitoa - mittavälineiden hallintaa - itsenäistä ja vastuullista työotetta - ongelmanratkaisukykyä ja tekemisen meininkiä - halua tehdä laadukasta työtä yhdessä muun tiimin kanssa - suomen tai englannin kielen taitoa Heidenhain-osaaminen ja monipuolinen koneistuskokemus katsotaan eduksi. Vimpro is recruiting two experienced machinists for its client in Pöytyä, Finland! Are you an experienced CNC machinist familiar with large workpieces and demanding machining operations? This role offers the opportunity to work in a versatile machine shop with modern equipment. We are looking for two specialists in vertical turning who have experience with Siemens 840 controls. Depending on your skills, the role may also include milling on machines with Heidenhain controls. What will the job involve? - Vertical turning of large workpieces - Setting up CNC machines and changing tools - Measuring workpieces and carrying out quality checks - Milling with Heidenhain controls when needed - Machining in accordance with technical drawings - Contributing to the development of production processes and working methods What do we expect from you? - Previous experience in CNC machining - Familiarity with Siemens 840 controls - Ability to read technical drawings accurately - Confidence in using measuring instruments - An independent and responsible approach to work - Problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude - Commitment to producing high-quality work as part of a team - Ability to communicate in Finnish or English Experience with Heidenhain controls and a broad machining background will be considered an advantage.
