Frukt o Bär i Villands Vånga AB (Ädlakull) is looking for approximately 28 seasonal workers for the 2027 growing and harvest season in Villands Vånga, Kristianstad Municipality, Sweden. The work concerns seasonal work in strawberry farming and, for some positions, fruit farming with apples and pears. The work is physically demanding and mainly carried out outdoors. Working hours may vary depending on weather, harvest and the needs of the farm. Early mornings and weekend work may occur. Planned work periods: .1 May-12 October 2027: 2 positions . 1 June-12 October 2027: 5 positions . 1 June-30 August 2027: 7 positions . 7 June-30 August 2027: 10 positions . 25 May-30 September 2027: 4 positions Duties may include: . picking strawberries . sorting and handling berries . simple crop and field work before and during the season . picking and handling apples and pears . other common work in berry and fruit farming Qualifications: . you must be able to perform physical outdoor work . you must be able to follow work instructions and time-reporting routines . experience from berry picking, fruit picking or other farm work is an advantage . driving licence is an advantage but not required Employment type: fixed-term seasonal employment. Scope: full-time. Wages and conditions: according to the applicable Swedish collective agreement or conditions at least equivalent to that level. For work in berry and open-field cultivation, conditions for berry and open-field cultivation apply. For work in fruit farming, conditions for horticultural cultivation apply. Wages and other employment conditions will follow the applicable levels for 2027. Accommodation: The employer can offer accommodation during the employment period. The rent is SEK 1,100 per person per month. Separate rental terms will be provided. Workplace: Villands Vånga, Kristianstad Municipality, Sweden.
