Who are we looking for?We are searching for people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to work. Experience from food production, industrial work, fish farming, slaughtering, or seafood processing is highly valued. Experience with fish filleting is a big advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
