We are looking for a SUSHI CHEF to join our team. A sushi chef must have at least one year of experience working in a sushi restaurant. You must be able to prepare nigiri and maki by hand (no machine) and cut fish. You know how to make fusion A la carte sushi, cut fish, prepare the ingredients. Know how to make wok food and A la carte Asian food. Maintain hygiene, menu standards and comply with company food standards. Flexibility in working hours is important. A full-time position is arranged if you are good at work! Customer service situations may arise at work if needed. A hygiene passport, a valid work permit are required.
