Warehouse and logistics worker Jobs in Germany for EU Citizens: No Work Permit Needed (2026)

Who this page is for. You are a citizen of an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland - or you are from Ukraine and registered under temporary protection. In both cases you may take up work in Germany without a work permit, and the employer files nothing for you. For EU, EEA and Swiss citizens that is free movement of workers; for Ukrainians under temporary protection it is immediate access to the labour market, currently until 4 March 2028. If you are from outside the EU and not under protection, this page is not about you - the page for foreign workers is.
Working in German logistics usually means handling goods in busy fulfillment centers, sorting items, and preparing shipments for transport. Your daily tasks typically involve scanning barcodes, operating basic warehouse machinery like pallet jacks, and making sure stock gets loaded correctly and safely. Many different employers hire for these roles, ranging from large international shipping companies and online retail hubs to regional freight forwarders and independent distribution centers.
Life on the warehouse floor requires physical stamina, good teamwork, and attention to detail to keep everything moving on schedule. You will often work alongside colleagues from many different backgrounds, using practical communication to coordinate daily tasks. While the work keeps you active and can lead to stable routines, it also demands flexibility with shift patterns and a strong focus on workplace safety.
What is advertised right now
On 14 October 2026 our register holds 42 live warehouse and logistics worker vacancies in Germany that carry the employer's own application address. These are public adverts collected from the national job services; they are not ours and we do not stand between you and the employer.
Employers advertising at the moment include Kaiser Personalberatung GmbH, ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, EMMA JOBS in München, PASIT Professionelle Personallösungen GmbH, digatus personal GmbH, Unique Personalservice GmbH NL München.
36 warehouse and logistics workers are already in the Workuro register. Create a free profile and we send you the live adverts in your trade, with the address to apply to, as they appear. You apply yourself; nothing about you goes anywhere unless you press a button next to one advert and ask us to send your CV.
What employers in Germany tend to ask for
Language. Enough German to be understood on site. Nobody will test you on it for this kind of work, but the advert will say it and the employer will ask. Put what you have on the profile, honestly. Source: Recognition in Germany, the official portal.
Registration. Register your address with the local authority once you arrive - that is the same step a national takes when moving house, and it is what unlocks a tax number and a bank account.
Pay
We do not print wages on this page. The adverts we collect do not carry them reliably, and a number we could not stand behind would be worse than none. Pay in Germany is set by collective agreements in most of these trades; the employer's advert, or the union for the sector, is where the real figure is.
Nobody may charge you for this
You need no permit, so there is nothing for an agent to "arrange". If anyone asks you for money for a job in Germany, for a contract, for a place in a queue or for paperwork that does not exist, walk away. Workuro is free for workers and always will be; an employer pays only if they want to open your contact details, and you can switch that off.
