The most important things are the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We particularly value the following: - **Customer-oriented approach:** You treat customers with kindness and take their wishes and needs into consideration. - **Attention to detail:** You take pride in your work and pay close attention to detail in every home. - **Problem-solving skills:** You are able to work independently and find solutions even in unexpected situations. - **Fluent Finnish:** You can communicate smoothly and confidently with both customers and team members. - **Driving licence:** Having your own car is considered an advantage, as our cleaning assignments are located across the area we operate in. - **Initiative and flexibility:** You adapt to varying working days and take responsibility for your own work. - **Reliability and a positive attitude:** You stick to agreed schedules and bring good energy to the team. **What does a typical workday look like?** Your working day will consist of several home cleaning assignments, which vary from day to day. Youll receive a clear route and task list, so youll always know what is expected at each location. Some customers will become familiar faces from week to week, making the work personal and rewarding. Youll see firsthand how your work makes your customers everyday lives easier - and youll be able to see the results of your work immediately.
