All employment conditions comply with Norwegian legislation and the collective agreement for the construction industry. What We Offer Both short-term and long-term projects in the Trøndelag region. Flexible project schedules that may allow for more frequent trips home for employees living outside Norway. Assistance in Polish, English, Norwegian, Russian, and Lithuanian. Professional and transparent employment conditions in accordance with Norwegian regulations. Main Responsibilities Carpenters Interior and exterior carpentry work. Installation of doors and windows. Construction of gypsum/plasterboard walls and ceilings. Finishing work according to drawings and project specifications. General construction and refurbishment tasks. Furniture Installers Installation and assembly of kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, and custom furniture. Reading and following technical drawings and installation instructions. Finishing and adjustment of installed furniture components. Ensuring quality standards and precise workmanship. Requirements Relevant experience as a carpenter, cabinetmaker, or furniture installer. Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards. Good understanding of technical drawings and construction requirements. Responsible attitude toward safety regulations and workplace procedures. Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Ability to communicate in English or a Scandinavian language is an advantage. Interested?
