En quoi consiste le travail

As Chef, you will have overall responsibility for preparing Indian authentic curry dishes and Indian Sweets and ensuring an consistent culinary experience for restaurant guests and our catering customers. Your primary workplace will be in Valby, but you must be flexible and able to take on work assignments in Roskilde or Aarhus as needed. Primary Responsibilities: Preparation and production of traditional Indian dishes in our curry dishes and Indian Sweets for both restaurant service and catering. Purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, and necessary supplies. Follow the overall hygienic rules and regulations set by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA) Qualifications We expect that you: Have documented experience in Indian cuisine, particularly curry dishes and sweets. Are structured, quality-conscious, and able to work efficiently during busy periods. Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.
