Shoya Sushi is looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our restaurant. We are a Japanese restaurant focused on quality, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. You will become part of a small and dedicated team working in a busy but friendly environment. Responsibilities * Preparing hot dishes and/or sushi, depending on your experience * Preparing ingredients and food for service * Ensuring consistently high quality and presentation * Following hygiene and food safety regulations * Working closely with both the kitchen and service team We expect you to * Have experience working as a chef in a restaurant kitchen * Be able to work independently and take responsibility * Be reliable, flexible, and punctual * Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Speak Danish or English; knowledge of both is an advantage We offer * Permanent employment, full-time or part-time by agreement * Salary based on qualifications and experience * Friendly colleagues and a respectful working environment * Opportunity for long-term employment Workplace: Dalgårdsparken 2B, 3540 Lynge Starting date: 1 December 2026
