Your Tasks / Ihre Aufgaben In this position you would be a journeyman level Electrical Controls Technician, responsible to to carry out skilled maintenance and repair work throughout the New Embassy Compound & New Consulate Compound (NEC & NCC) on critical and non-critical electrical components within the functional/office buildings, on-compound ancillary support and residential buildings, above and below ground infrastructures, other owned/leased properties. ****** In dieser Position werden Sie als Elektroniker*In auf Gesellenebene tätig und für die Durchführung fachgerechter Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in der Botschaftsanlage und dem Konsulatsgelände verantwortlich. Dies umfasst kritische und nicht-kritische elektrische Komponenten in den Funktions-/Bürogebäuden, in den zum Gelände gehörenden Nebengebäuden und Wohngebäuden, sowie den Infrastrukturen, sowie in weiteren eigenen oder gemieteten Liegenschaften. Your Profile / Ihr Profil You have completed secondary school as well as specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level electricians and mechanical system specialist trained in the maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings/facilities is required. A portion of the training must be in Electrical Controls and Automated Systems Technology. Furthermore you were able to gain experience at the journey-level in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial building electrical systems including power generation and distribution systems, grounding, and digital building controls and automated systems. ****** Sie haben die Sekundarschule sowie ein spezialisierte Berufsausbildung an einem akkreditierten Institut abgeschlossen, das als Ausbildungsstätte für Elektriker auf Gesellenniveau und Fachkräfte für mechanische Systeme mit Schulung in der Wartung von gewerblichen oder industriellen Gebäuden/Anlagen anerkannt ist.
