What the work involves

Work tasks: The main duties of the cook/baker-confectioner include preparing bakery and confectionery products according to instructions and recipes, as well as preparing simple café dishes, including salads and soups. Duties include: * preparation and production of bakery and confectionery products; * preparation of simple salads, soups and other café dishes; * preparation of ingredients and their proper storage; * monitoring the quality and freshness of finished products; * keeping the workplace, kitchen and equipment clean and tidy; * complying with food safety and hygiene requirements; * responsible and economical use of ingredients, inventory and work equipment; * receiving and storing deliveries and monitoring stock levels when necessary; * cooperating with other team members and ensuring smooth daily operations. We expect the employee to be responsible, tidy, accurate and have a positive attitude towards work.
