Dansk version længere nede Den Gamle Bagergaard in Maribo is looking for a baker. You do not need a formal qualification if you have practical experience working in a bakery. We are a family-run business with three bakers and a pastry chef in production. Two packing staff and a driver help get our bread ready and delivered to our shops. Your work You will take part in the daily production at the bakery. We are looking for someone who knows their way around a bakery, takes responsibility for their work and enjoys working with colleagues. You must be able to communicate in Danish or understandable English. You must already have the legal right to work in Denmark, for example through EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship or a valid Danish residence and work permit. We cannot offer visa or work permit sponsorship. What we offer Gross monthly salary: Based on qualifications and experience. For a qualified baker, the salary starts at approximately DKK 26,000. Permanent, full-time employment Pension scheme 5 weeks of vacation Flexible benefits account Additional pay for applicable night and Sunday work The employer can support you in finding accommodation in the area The planned working hours start at 01:30 on Mondays and 05:00 from Tuesday to Thursday. You will also work every other weekend. During the night shifts on Mondays and every other weekend, you will bake bread, Danish pastries and other baked goods. We will agree on the schedule together, and working night shifts only is also an option. The expected start date is 1 November 2026.
