Czym bedziesz sie zajmowac

1. Activites in Access Control: a. Management of the JLR access system according to established procedures and processes. b. coordination of the work of AC Room employee (1 empl. ) c. solving problems related to a malfunctioning system - communication with UK colleagues to eliminate the problem d. supervision of the proper performance of work duties by AC Room employees e. communication and processing of reports for the department manager from AC activities f. setting the proper functioning of entry processes and systems (system prevention of unauthorized entry of persons, illegal work, etc.) 2. Post office : a. supervises and manages the operation of the reception staff so that the performance of the reception is ensured in accordance with Act 473/20205 on SBS and valid regulations and procedures of JLR b. prepares KPI reports for the department manager c. cooperates with the FLS in setting up the visit processes and the actions of the reception d. ensures the proper operation of the reception and ensures the needs for the performance of the reception staff e. cooperates with other departments in matters of requirements for entry to the JLR if applicable requests for changes (prototype phase, confidential, launch of a new model, etc.)
