Site Manager - Interior Construction (Data Centre) About the Position Mono Rakennus Oy is recruiting two experienced Site Managers for our data centre construction projects in Mäntsälä and Pori, Finland. We are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in interior construction and fit-out works, particularly Sandwich elements, drywall partitions, internal wall systems, suspended ceilings, structural ceilings (TATE-ceiling) and finishing works. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising construction teams, coordinating with the main contractor, and ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities. - Coordinate installation works, including drywall partitions, internal wall systems, suspended ceilings, doors, and finishing works. - Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. - Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules. - Supervise construction workers and subcontractors. - Coordinate daily activities with the main contractor and other trades. - Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and installation requirements. - Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards. - Ensure compliance with site HSE requirements, RAMS, and safe working procedures. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including manpower allocation and completed quantities. - Participate in site coordination and progress meetings. - Identify potential delays and implement practical solutions. Requirements - **Currently residing in Finland.** - **Valid right to work in Finland (work permit, where applicable).** - **Minimum 3 years of construction site management experience in Finland.** - Proven experience in interior construction and fit-out works. - Strong knowledge of drywall systems, internal partitions, suspended ceilings, and finishing works. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation. - Experience managing construction teams and coordinating multiple activities. - Good understanding of Finnish construction practices, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. - Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site operations. - Good command of English. - Valid Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti). - Category B driving licence. Considered an Advantage - Previous experience in data centre construction projects. - Experience working with international main contractors. - Relevant qualification in construction engineering or construction management. - Finnish language skills.
