Hotel and hospitality worker Jobs in Czechia for EU Citizens: No Work Permit Needed (2026)

Who this page is for. You are a citizen of an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland - or you are from Ukraine and registered under temporary protection. In both cases you may take up work in Czechia without a work permit, and the employer files nothing for you. For EU, EEA and Swiss citizens that is free movement of workers; for Ukrainians under temporary protection it is immediate access to the labour market, currently until 4 March 2028. If you are from outside the EU and not under protection, this page is not about you - the page for foreign workers is.

Working in hospitality across Czechia means keeping busy in lively hotels, traditional guesthouses, and bustling restaurants that welcome travelers from all over the world. Your daily routine will typically involve greeting guests, keeping rooms and dining areas welcoming, and working alongside a diverse team to ensure every visitor enjoys their stay. Employers here range from large international hotel brands in the capital to family-run inns in scenic mountain regions, all looking for dedicated staff who take pride in caring for people.

Taking this step means you will need to navigate finding a place to live, learning the local transit routes, and adapting to a new community at your own pace. While the work can be demanding during peak tourist seasons, it offers a wonderful chance to build new skills, meet people from different backgrounds, and experience local culture firsthand. Success in this field relies on your own readiness to learn, communicate well, and handle the daily rhythm of guest service with care.

What is advertised right now

On 14 October 2026 our register holds 67 live hotel and hospitality worker vacancies in Czechia that carry the employer's own application address. These are public adverts collected from the national job services; they are not ours and we do not stand between you and the employer.

Employers advertising at the moment include INSPAMED České Budějovice s.r.o., Scenario s.r.o., Děčínská sportovní, příspěvková organizace, HaasMont s.r.o., Bartoň a Partner s.r.o., THERMAL-F, a.s..

34 hotel and hospitality workers are already in the Workuro register. Create a free profile and we send you the live adverts in your trade, with the address to apply to, as they appear. You apply yourself; nothing about you goes anywhere unless you press a button next to one advert and ask us to send your CV.

Pay

We do not print wages on this page. The adverts we collect do not carry them reliably, and a number we could not stand behind would be worse than none. Pay in Czechia is set by collective agreements in most of these trades; the employer's advert, or the union for the sector, is where the real figure is.

Nobody may charge you for this

You need no permit, so there is nothing for an agent to "arrange". If anyone asks you for money for a job in Czechia, for a contract, for a place in a queue or for paperwork that does not exist, walk away. Workuro is free for workers and always will be; an employer pays only if they want to open your contact details, and you can switch that off.
