What the work involves

Description des tâches: 1) Leadership & Organization • Lead IT, Operations and DevOps teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, delivery commitments and operational objectives. • Define goals, manage workload planning, governance routines, risk tracking and incident reviews. • Recruit, coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and support career growth. 2) Service Delivery & Operational Excellence • Ensure service reliability, availability and effective incident/problem management. • Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs and operational KPIs. • Establish and maintain ITSM/ITIL processes (incident, change, release and request management). • Ensure production readiness for platform and application changes. 3) Platform & Cloud Engineering • Lead the evolution of adwäisEO's hybrid cloud platform across its two data centres. • Oversee infrastructure roadmaps covering compute, storage, networking, virtualization and container platforms. • Drive automation through Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and environment standardization. • Contribute to infrastructure strategy and technology decisions. 4) DevOps • Promote DevSecOps practices and ensure seamless delivery from development to production. • Define SDLC standards, including code quality, testing and release management. • Drive automation and platform consistency across environments. • Ensure effective observability through monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting. 5) Security, Risk & Compliance • Strengthen cybersecurity posture in collaboration with internal and group teams. • Lead vulnerability management, patching, backups and disaster recovery readiness. • Define access management, security controls and audit practices. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR). 6) Financial & Vendor Management • Manage infrastructure and tooling budgets. • Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, renewals and lifecycle management. • Support capacity planning and cost optimization initiatives. 7) Stakeholder Management & Reporting • Act as the primary interface between leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams. • Provide reporting on risks, KPIs, roadmap progress and operational performance. • Support customer governance, audits and escalations when required. Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Études: Bachelor (Bac +3) Métier / domaine de formation: IT, Engineering, or a related field Autres compétences: • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in infrastructure, operations and DevOps. • Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud, datacenters, networking, security and service delivery. • Experience with budgets, vendors and executive stakeholders. • SME/scale-up experience and space industry exposure are assets. Skills • Strong expertise in complex IT infrastructures, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), Linux and Windows Server, cybersecurity, IT service management and mission-critical environments. • Ability to manage projects, suppliers, incidents, business continuity and disaster recovery. • Structured, analytical and proactive leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in French and English, customer-oriented and driven by continuous improvement.
