Terms of Service.

1. What Workuro is

Workuro is an online registry operated by Mindbalancer OÜ (Estonia, EU) where workers create a professional profile so employers across Europe can discover and contact them. Workuro is not a recruitment agency: we do not place workers, negotiate contracts, take commissions from salaries or guarantee employment. Any employment relationship is solely between you and an employer.

2. Your account and profile

You must provide truthful information about yourself, your qualifications and your experience. You may only create a profile for yourself, and you must be at least 18 years old. We may remove profiles that are fraudulent, impersonate others, or advertise illegal services.

3. Price and billing

The subscription costs €0.99 per month, with the first 3 days free. You add a payment card at signup; the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends, then monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Subscription → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your profile stays live until then. Since the service is fully delivered from the moment your profile is listed, fees already paid are not refunded - the free trial exists precisely so you can try the service at no cost.

4. What we promise - and what we don't

We promise your profile is listed in the registry and shown to searching employers on equal terms with all other profiles, and that the statistics we show you are real. We do not promise that any employer will contact you or hire you. Visa, work-permit and qualification-recognition requirements are your and the employer's responsibility.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for the conduct of employers or for decisions they make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Ending or changing the service

You can delete your account at any time (Privacy & data → Delete my account) - this cancels billing immediately and erases your data. We may update these terms; if the change is material we'll email you at least 14 days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
