Aufgaben: - Empfang von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern - Terminkoordination und Verwaltung der Konferenzräume - Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büromaterial - Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung - Erstellung von Rechnungen Anforderungsprofil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B.
