What the work involves

Experienced Chef de Partie required to join our busy kitchen team. The role involves managing your own section, food preparation and cooking to a high standard. Our restaurant specialises in fresh seafood, steaks and seasonal dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and HACCP. • Previous Chef de Partie experience • Good food preparation and cooking skills • HACCP and food safety knowledge • Ability to manage your own section • Ability to work under pressure • Good teamwork and communication skills • Seafood/grill experience desirable • Flexible to work evenings and weekends We require minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen.
