What the work involves
Do you have a passion for cooking and want to spend the winter (and possibly extend with the summer) working in one of Norway's most spectacular destinations? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Reine, Lofoten Islands. Hva vi ser etter Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties Strong teamwork and communication skills Communicative level of English Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail Passion for quality food and presentation Arbeidsoppgaver Responsibilities Preparing ingredients and mise en place for à la carte service Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently Cooperating closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences Vi tilbyr What We Offer Seasonal employment in a hotel located in the heart of Reine, Lofoten Islands Stable work from beginning of February until the end of March, with the possibility of extending the contract for the summer season May - September Accommodation provided Competitive employment conditions An opportunity to work and live in one of Norway's most unique and beautiful destinations If you are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and would like to spend the winter under the Northern Lights (and possibly summer with the Midnight Sun) in the stunning Lofoten Islands, we would love to hear from you.
