What the work involves

Instaan voor de dagelijkse werking van de bakkerij, produceren van deeg, het begeleiden van personeel en hen aanleren hoe zuursdesem en degen te manipuleren, stockage beheer, procesbeheer, kwaliteits- en hygiene processen opvolgen, het leiden van een team van een 6-tal bakkers. Zowel werken op weekenddagen als werken op feestdagen. Een diploma van bakkerij is vereist, alsook minstens 6-8 jaar ervaring.
