In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing property standards, and coordinating our daily hospitality workflows. Because we operate a dynamic and personalized hotel environment, this is a hands-on position. You will act as the operational lead on the floor, balancing administrative management with active, daily participation in both front-facing and back-of-house operations. Operational Administration: Coordinating daily schedules, managing local supplier contacts, and assisting the management with operational planning. Your Profile: Relevant experience in the hospitality, tourism, or property management sector. A proactive, hands-on mindset with the willingness to jump in wherever needed to maintain hotel standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required (our primary working language); knowledge of Swedish or other European languages is a strong advantage.
