Repris en 2009 par Philippe Chevirer, il propose une cuisine du marché dans un cadre authentique. Afin de compléter notre brigarde, nous recherchons un **Chef de partie confirmé F/H** **Description du poste :** * Connaissance des bases culinaires * Etre autonome dans son travail et dans son organisation * Connaitre les règles d'hygiène et les appliquer **Votre profil :** * CFC de cuisinier ou jugé équivalent * Minimum 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire * Capacité à agir sous pression en restant avenant * Savoir garder un esprit positif en toute situation * Bonnes connaissances de HACCP **Nous vous offrons :** * Poste en CDI * 100% * 5 semaines de vacances par année * Entrée en fonction dès janvier 2027 * Expérience enrichissante * Fermé le dimanche jpid641a25cjm jpit1040jm jpiy26jm
