Au centre de Carouge, le Café des Négociants est l'un des plus ancients bistrots du Vieux Carouge. Repris en 2009 par Philippe Chevirer, il propose une cuisine du marché dans un cadre authentique. Afin de compléter notre brigarde, nous recherchons un **Chef de partie confirmé F/H** **Description du poste :** * Connaissance des bases culinaires * Etre autonome dans son travail et dans son organisation * Connaitre les règles d'hygiène et les appliquer **Votre profil :** * CFC de cuisinier ou jugé équivalent * Minimum 1 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire * Capacité à agir sous pression en restant avenant * Savoir garder un esprit positif en toute situation * Bonnes connaissances de HACCP **Nous vous offrons :** * Poste en CDI * 100% * 5 semaines de vacances par année * Entrée en fonction dès janvier 2027 * Expérience enrichissante * Fermé le dimanche j4id10422838a j4it1040a j4iy26a
