<p>For our client in <strong>MIDDELKERKE</strong>, we are looking for a <strong>CHEF - THAI CUISINE</strong>.</p><p>This is a family-run business where, in time, you will have the opportunity to <strong>run the entire kitchen independently</strong> and take on responsibility within the business.</p><p>Do you have extensive knowledge of <strong>Asian cuisine</strong>, or do you have solid experience as a chef and are you eager to learn Thai cuisine? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities as CHEF - THAI CUISINE in MIDDELKERKE:</strong></p><ul><li>You are responsible for preparing dishes from the Thai cuisine;</li><li>You take care of the mise-en-place;</li><li>You cut vegetables and prepare meat and vegetable ingredients;</li><li>You ensure a professional presentation and finishing of the dishes;</li><li>You check deliveries and ensure that products are stored correctly;</li><li>You correctly store all products in the cold room; this is physically demanding work;</li><li>In time, you will <strong>take full responsibility for the kitchen and the entire menu independently</strong>;</li><li>You actively contribute to the daily operation and take responsibility within the kitchen.</li></ul> <![CDATA[<p><strong>This is you as CHEF - THAI CUISINE in MIDDELKERKE:</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>experience as a chef</strong>, preferably within <strong>Thai or Asian cuisine</strong>;</li><li>You can work <strong>independently</strong> and are comfortable taking <strong>responsibility</strong>;</li><li>A good command of <strong>English is important</strong> to learn and follow the recipes correctly;</li><li>You are reliable and take <strong>ownership</strong> of your kitchen;</li><li>You work accurately and maintain high standards of <strong>hygiene</strong>;</li><li>You are flexible and <strong>stress-resistant</strong> during busy services;</li><li>You are motivated to take on <strong>full responsibility for the kitchen</strong> in the long term.</li></ul>
