2. What the service is
Workuro operates a registry in which workers located outside Europe publish a professional profile free of charge, in their own language, and state the countries in which they wish to work. Employers may search the registry without charge and subscribe in order to obtain the contact details of individual candidates. Candidate profiles are provided to employers on a contractual basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); each worker may withdraw from employer search at any time.
3. Partnership and referral enquiries
Agencies and relocation services that place workers in Europe may use the registry as a candidate source under an ordinary employer subscription and may refer their employer clients to it. Contact details are released only to the subscribing account, one candidate at a time, for the purpose of discussing employment with that candidate. Bulk access, lists and onward transfer of candidate data are not available under any arrangement.
4. Acquisition enquiries
Mindbalancer OÜ will consider offers for the business as a whole or for either brand separately. The subject of a transfer would comprise the source code, both brands and domains, the published content, the candidate database together with the consents on which it rests, and the operating accounts. Qualified parties receive a one-page summary on request and the full information pack under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. All figures in those documents are taken from the production database and can be demonstrated live.
5. Data and integration requests
Aggregate figures (the number of candidates by trade, country of origin and intended destination) are available without an account. No personal data is supplied as a feed, file or export. Requests for integrations are considered on the same basis.
